With over 15 years of experience in hospitality and wine education, Montana offers fun, engaging tastings and classes suitable for everyone from novices to serious collectors. Whether you’re celebrating a birthday or bachelorette, building your team, or just want to learn more about wine, spirits, and saké with friends, you’ll find something special when you book with The Wine Ship.
Our tastings are suitable for 4 to 200 people.

I’M A CMS CERTIFIED SOMMELIER AND RECIPIENT OF THE WSET LEVEL III AWARD IN WINE. MY APPRECIATION OF FINE WINE BEGAN AS A CHILD AND BLOSSOMED INTO A BUSINESS AND COMMUNITY I’M PASSIONATE ABOUT.

Customizations are always possible. We will discuss your preferences over the phone or by email once you submit your booking form.
Events typically last 60 to 75 minutes, but more time is possible, depending on your needs. Food pairings are also available!
Tasting Options
Our signature offering featuring six premium wines. A typical lineup includes one sparkling wine, two whites, one rosé, and two reds.
Wine Tasting
Explore the world of premium agave spirits with this immersive learning and tasting experience. A typical lineup includes three tequilas and one mezcal.
Tequila Tasting
Deepen your understanding of various styles of fine whisk(e)y as we taste and learn together. A typical lineup includes three whisk(e)y’s and one scotch.
Whiskey Tasting
Transport your party to the amazing Japanese tradition of premium saké. A typical lineup includes four sakés in different styles.

How it works
Reach out via email to montana@thewineship.com or complete the booking form and we’ll discuss your vision for the tasting.
You will receive an event proposal with an invoice to submit your deposit online.
Once your paperwork is complete, we’ll get to work preparing for your event!
On event day, we arrive at your home or business ready to provide an unforgettable tasting for you and your guests.
You will receive your final invoice the day following your event.
Events for 10 or fewer people carry a $600 minimum. Events for more than 20 people carry a $1,000 minimum.
