Easy Garden Basil Pesto
Summer isn’t complete without one of my favorite kitchen staples: delicious pesto made fresh from the garden. It’s so easy to make, and you can get creative by adjusting the ingredients and proportions until you’ve mastered your craft. Pesto combines essential ingredients in varying proportions and is blended or chopped in a food processor to the consistency you desire. Once you’ve made it a few times, you’ll know what style you and your family prefer. Trial and error is the best way to learn what you like best, and luckily, you almost always wind up with something delicious.
Grilled Prosciutto-Wrapped Palisade Peaches with Burrata and Herbs
Pairing opportunities are limitless with this 15-minute, delicious summer appetizer! I wanted to design a combination of both complementary and contrasting flavors. To achieve this, I brought together the prosciutto's saltiness, the juicy peaches' sweetness, the tang of the balsamic reduction, and the delicate herbal notes of fresh mint. A spray of freshly cracked pepper, coarse sea salt, and a color pop from fresh edible flowers tied it together. I hope you love it as much as I do!

This is an awesome recipe to make with kids, too!
Australian Rack of Lamb with Garlic and Fresh Herbs
This easy Australian rack of lamb recipe calls for heaps pf fresh garlic, high-quality olive oil, and plenty of Kosher salt and freshly cracked pepper. In summer, I like to prepare this with fresh mint from my garden and cook it on a hot grill. During winter, I prefer a rosemary crust and a simple cooking technique using a heavy cast iron pan.
Mushroom Crostini with Gournay Cheese and Butter-Fried Sage
A handful of simple ingredients come together to create one of the most versatile pairings possible that works with just about any dry wine. Why? You’ve got the umami flavors of the mushrooms and the salty herbal flavors of the cheese and sage all atop flavorful, perfectly toasted French bread. It’s all the most food-friendly flavors rolled up into one decadent bite!
